FIELD OF TECHNOLOGY The present invention relates to the technical field of agricultural equipment, and in particular, relates to a double-vibration-type vibrating brush picking device with an adjustable width for wolfberry picking.
BACKGROUND Wolfberry is a very common Chinese medicinal material in our daily life, because it is rich in carotene, vitamins, calcium, and iron, and carotene has a very good health effect on our eyes. Wolfberry can excite nerves of the brain, excite breathing, and promote gastrointestinal peristalses. In addition, wolfberry can further reduce hypertension, hyperlipidemia, hyperglycemia, and the like, and can further improve body immunity, prevent atherosclerosis, protect the liver, resist fatty livers, promote liver cell regeneration, and the like. Wolfberries become red and ripe from June to November, and need to be harvested in batches. Fresh wolfberries are quickly spread on reed sugarcanes with a thickness of no more than 3 centimeters, usually 1.5 centimeters. The wolfberries are put in a cool place to dry until skin is wrinkled, and then are exposed to the sun. When the skin becomes hard and flesh is soft, stalks are removed and the wolfberries are then dried in the sun. Every wolfberry harvest season, many styles of wolfberry picking device perform picking instead of manpower. Wolfberry picking device used in China are mostly double-vibration vibrating brush picking devices, working principle of which is using a high-frequency generator and a motor to drive vibrating brushes to vibrate branches of a wolfberry tree, to shake down wolfberries through vibration. Because the brush teeth of the picking device are made of soft bristle materials, so the wolfberry breaking rate and the wolfberry missing picking rate are both low.
A distance between double vibrating brushes of most existing double-vibration-type vibrating brush picking devices cannot be adjusted, that is, picking can be performed for only wolfberry trees within a very small size range, and it is relatively difficult to perform picking on wolfberry trees of different sizes and it is relatively troublesome in an actual production process, which brings a lot of unnecessary troubles to a picking process.
SUMMARY One objective of the present invention is to provide a double-vibration-type vibrating brush picking device with an adjustable width for woltberry picking, to resolve a prior-art problem that distance between double vibrating brushes cannot be adjusted. that is, picking can be performed for only wolfberry trees within a very small size range, and it is relatively difficult to perform picking for wolfberry trees of different sizes.
To realize the foregoing objective, the present invention provides a double-vibration-type vibrating brush picking device with an adjustable width for wolfberry picking, including a connecting plate, where a fixing block is fixedly connected in the middle of a bottom portion of the connecting plate, an outer surface of the fixing block is fixedly connected to a second rotating shaft. an outer surface of the second rotating shaft is rotatably connected to two connecting rods, an end of each of the two connecting rods distal from the second rotating shaft is rotatably connected to a first rotating shaft, an end of the first rotating shaft distal from the connecting rod is fixedly connected to a nut, a connecting rack is fixedly connected to each of two sides of the bottom portion of the connecting plate, a sleeve is fixedly connected to an end of the connecting rack distal from the connecting plate, a lead screw is rotatably connected inside the sleeve, two nuts are both rotatably connected to an outer surface of the lead screw, a fixing plate is fixedly connected to a bottom portion of each of two sleeves, a bottom portion of one of fixing plates is fixedly connected to a motor, a drive end of the motor is fixedly connected to a transmission shaft, a transmission disc is fixedly sleeved on an outer surface of the transmission shaft, each of bottom portions of the two nuts are rotatably connected to a picking rod. and a drive disc is fixedly sleeved on an outer surface of each of two picking rods.
In further description of the foregoing technical solution: threads at two ends of the outer surface of the lead screw have opposite rotation directions and same length, and the two nuts are respectively threadedly connected to the outer surface of the threads with different rotation directions.
In further description of the foregoing technical solution: an L-shaped long rod is rotatably connected inside one of the sleeves, one end of the L-shaped long rod is fixedly connected to the lead screw, and the other end of the L-shaped long rod is fixedly connected to a drive handle.
In further description of the foregoing technical solution:
the transmission disc and the drive disc have a plurality of sizes.
In further description of the foregoing technical solution: positions of bottom portions of two fixing racks proximal to two ends are rotatably connected to omni-directional wheels, and an inspection window is disposed inside each of the two fixing racks.
In further description of the foregoing technical solution: outer surfaces of the two picking rods are fixedly connected to a plurality of picking plates. and an end of the plurality of picking plates distal from the picking rod is fixedly connected to a plurality of picking brushes.
In further description of the foregoing technical solution: a transmission chain is sleeved on an outer surface of the drive disc and an outer surface of the transmission disc, and the transmission disc and the drive disc are connected in transmission through the transmission chain.
In further description of the foregoing technical solution: sizes of drive discs sequentially increase from top to bottom, and sizes of transmission discs sequentially decrease from top to bottom.
The present invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. During use of the double-vibration-type vibrating brush picking device with an adjustable width for wolfberry picking, distance between the two picking rods can be changed by disposing the connecting plate, the second rotating shaft, the connecting rod, the first rotating shaft, the nut, and the lead screw, the drive handle, and the L-shaped long rod. so that the picking width can be changed. The operation is simple and has certain practicality.
2. During use of the double-vibration-type vibrating brush picking device with an adjustable width for wolfberry picking, the rotation speed of the picking rod can be changed according to actual production needs by disposing the motor, the transmission shaft, the transmission disc, and the drive disc. In this way, the production needs are met, and practicability is presented.

Referring to Fig. 1 to Fig. 3, in an embodiment of the present invention, a double-vibration-type vibrating brush picking device with an adjustable width for wolfberry picking is provided, including a connecting plate 1, where a fixing block 4 is fixedly connected in the middle of a bottom portion of the connecting plate 1, an outer surface of the fixing block 4 is fixedly connected to a second rotating 5 shaft 3, an outer surface of the second rotating shaft 3 is rotatably connected to two connecting rods 5, an end of each of the two connecting rods 5 distal from the second rotating shaft 3 is rotatably connected to a first rotating shaft 2, an end of the first rotating shaft 2 distal from the connecting rod 5 is fixedly connected to a nut 24, a connecting rack 6 is fixedly connected to each of two sides of the bottom portion of the connecting plate 1, a sleeve 9 is fixedly connected to an end of the connecting rack 6 distal from the connecting plate 1, a lead screw 7 is rotatably connected inside the sleeve 9, two nuts 24 are both rotatably connected to an outer surface of the lead screw 7, the nut 24 is threadedly connected to the lead screw 7, and when the lead screw 7 rotates, the nut 24 moves along the lead screw 7, so as to change a distance; a fixing plate 10 is fixedly connected to a bottom portion of each of two sleeves 9, a bottom portion of one of the fixing plates 10 is fixedly connected to a motor 11, a drive end of the motor 11 is fixedly connected to a transmission shaft 12, a transmission disc 13 is fixedly sleeved on an outer surface of the transmission shaft 12, each of bottom portions of the two nuts 24 are rotatably connected to a picking rod 18, the picking rod 18 can follow a drive disc 19 to rotate, to vibrate a wolfberry tree and pick up wolfberries. The drive disc 19 is fixedly sleeved on an outer surface of each of two picking rods 18.
Threads at two ends of the outer surface of the lead screw 7 have opposite rotation directions and same length, and the two nuts 24 are respectively threadedly connected to the outer surface of the threads with different rotation directions. When the lead screw 7 rotates, the two nuts 24 move in opposite directions under a limiting action of the connecting rod 5, thereby changing the picking width to meet actual needs. An L-shaped long rod 21 is rotatably connected inside one of the sleeves 9, one end of the L-shaped long rod 21 is fixedly connected to the lead screw 7, and the other end of the L-shaped long rod 21 is fixedly connected to a drive handle 20. When rotating the drive handle 20, power is transmitted to the lead screw 7 through the L-shaped long rod 21, to enable the lead screw 7 to rotate. The transmission disc 13 and the drive disc 19 have a plurality of sizes, which is convenient to adjust a rotation speed of the picking rod 18. Positions of bottom portions of the two fixing racks 14 proximal to two ends are rotatably connected to omni-directional wheels, and an inspection window 23 is disposed inside each of the two fixing racks 14, to observe picking situations.
Outer surfaces of the two picking rods 18 are fixedly connected to a plurality of picking plates 17, and an end of the plurality of the picking plates 17 distal from the picking rod 18 is fixedly connected to a plurality of picking brushes 16, which is convenient for picking wolfberries.
Because brush teeth of the picking brushes 16 are made of soft bristle materials, wolfberry breaking rate and a wolfberry missing picking rate are both low, thus, a certain protective effect is made on wolfberries in picking process.
A transmission chain 22 is sleeved on an outer surface of the drive disc 19 and an outer surface of the transmission disc 13, and the transmission disc 13 and the drive disc 19 are connected in transmission through the transmission chain 22, to facilitate transmission of picking power.
Sizes of the drive discs 19 sequentially increase from top to bottom, and sizes of the transmission discs 13 sequentially decrease from top to bottom, which is convenient for adjusting a picking rate according to actual needs.
When the double-vibration-type vibrating brush picking device with an adjustable width for wolfberry picking is used, according to the size of the wolfberry tree, when the drive handle 20 is rotated, the lead screw 7 fixedly connected to the other end of the L-shaped long rod 21 rotates, the threads at the two ends of the outer surface of the lead screw 7 have the opposite rotation directions and the same length, and the two nuts 24 are respectively threadedly connected to the outer surface on which the threads have the different rotation directions.
When the lead screw 7 rotates, the two nuts 24 move in the opposite directions under a limiting action of the connecting rod 5, thereby changing a picking width to meet actual needs.
When the motor 11 is started, a drive end of the motor 11 drives the transmission disc 13 to rotate, and the drive disc 19 connected to the transmission disc 13 in transmission through the transmission chain 22 follows the rotation.
When the drive disc 19 rotates. the picking rod 18 rotatably connected to the bottom portion of the nut 24 rotates, to vibrate branches of the wolfberry tree, and pick wolfberries.
Because the brush teeth of the picking brushes 16 are made of soft bristle materials, the wolfberry breaking rate and the wolfberry missing picking rate are both low, thus, a certain protective effect is made on wolfberries in picking process.
When picking situation 1s observed through the inspection window 23, the motor 11 is tumed off when the picking is completed.
